TVOne has named Denise Nemchev as its new CEO. She was previously president of the AV segment and VP of business transformation at TVOne’s parent company, Nortek.

The SkyQ set-top box (SkyQ Box Will Challenge OTT Operators), according to The Telegraph, will support UltraHD content. The company is said to be working ‘furiously’ to get the STB out as soon as possible, and is holding an event on the 18th November to launch an unnamed new product.
The 4k World Summit Sevilla, in Spain, will discuss the topic of UltraHD broadcasting on the DTH, DTT and OTT platforms.
