Taiwan-based supply chain makers have reported that Apple is expected to unveil new models of its iPad Air in March. Production will start in the second quarter. The new 9.7-inch device will apparently feature an UltraHD display and up to 4GB in RAM, in addition to improved battery life.
Apple is expected to sell 20 million Mac products in 2016, which would be a largely flat result. According to sources, shipments of Mac-series products last year were up 4%, to 20.4 million units. The company shipped 5.3 million Macbooks in Q4’15, down 7% QoQ and 4% YoY.
