Xi’an Cinema has First Christie Projector

Christie continues to make progress with its laser projectors in China, having recently supplied one of its 6P models for an installation in the Oscar International Cinema in Xi’an. The cinema comprises nine auditoriums, including one with a 24.2m-wide screen. It is the first cinema in China to use Christie’s CP42LH laser projector.

CJ Brings Immersive Cinema to Eastern Europe

Korea’s CJ 4DPLEX (part of the CJ Group) has entered into a partnership with Cineworld Plc in Slovakia. Through this agreement, CJ is bringing its 4DX immersive cinema experience to the country. Cineworld operates three multiplexes (29 screens) across Slovakia; the first 4DX theatre is located in Cinema City Aupark, near the capital Bratislava.

LG Could Supply OLEDs to Tesla
