TiVo and Samsung Reach Agreement

TiVo Corporation has reached an agreement with Samsung Electronics on a 5-year broad intellectual property licence, covering Samsung’s mobile, consumer electronic, pay-TV and set-top box businesses. As a result, all outstanding litigation and patent challenges will be stopped. It is understood that legal action will be dismissed altogether if certain conditions are met.

Comcast to launch Netflix on X1
