MatrixStream of California, said that it is rolling out a turnkey OTT network DVR system that can support 4K IPTV content. The system is said to be able to scale to support large numbers of clients using the firm’s own branded MatrixEverywhere IPTV players for Apple iPads, Apple iPhones, Android smartphones, Android tablets, PC players, MAC players, and set top boxes.
