Booxmedia of Finland, a member of the Amino group, has done a deal with RTL of Belgium to support an “end to end” cloud VOD platform.
The new service will include transactional and subscription services, live streams and catch-up libraries branded as RTL “a l’infini” with around 1000 hours of content including children’s programming, Hollywood series and local news and programmes specifically targeting southern Belgium’s predominantly French-speaking Wallonia and Brussels regions.
The new service will be available across a range of devices including iOS, Android, Samsung Smart TVs and web browsers from the end of September.
