Loewe of Germany has added another OLED TV to its line up, the bild 5 OLED and is said to have been inspired by the designs of the 1960s. It can be wall, floor or table mounted and the company has also introduced the klang 5 soundbar to complement the set. The bild 5 is available in 55″ and 65″ sizes, both with UltraHD, and the sets have support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. There are features including a 5.1 decoder and 1TB PVR facilities.
The sets start from €3490 (55″) and €4,990 (65″) and will ship shortly.
Analyst Comment
Loewe has been building up its line up of OLED TVs and now has three different designs in the bild 5, bild 7 (German Firms Move to OLED) and bild 9 (Loewe ‘bild 9’ OLED has Dolby Vision). It has also started shipping the 77″ version of the bild 7 which costs €15,000. (BR)
