Kyulux has secured a licence to Harvard University’s Molecular Space Shuttle deep learning system. The firm will use this for the discovery of new materials for display and lighting applications. The system is able to quickly screen ‘millions’ of molecules, testing them for stability and other characteristics necessary to produce light against the characteristics necessary for commercial use in displays.
Kyulux plans to use the system to screen TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) materials.
