Kopernikus, the Serbian cable TV operator, has selected CryptoGuard’s Conditional Access System (CAS) to secure its content revenues. Kopernikus is currently working on digitalisation of its entire network and is expanding its offering with a new pay-TV services. CAS supports both card-based and cardless security clients for DVB, IPTV and OTT platforms. The planned deadline for completion of the project is at the end of 2017.
Stevan Mićašević, CTO at Kopernikus, stated that the company chose CryptoGuard CAS because of its high quality, flexibility, user friendly customer interface and its easy integration.
Kjell Carlswärd, CEO at CryptoGuard, stated that Kopernikus is the latest addition of major TV operators to choose CryptoGuard CAS for their content security needs.
