HTC Adds Wireless Kit for Vive

HTC is making available a new wireless upgrade kit, the TPCast that mounts to existing Vive headsets on the Chinese HTC Vive headset. The unit has a battery on the back that supports the headset for around 1.5 hours of use, although there will be a bigger one as an option later, although it may have to be fitted somewhere else (or put in the user’s pocket). The kit is selling on the Chinese site for around $220, with shipments in Q1 and available for shipping internationally.
