The HDMI & VGA to 3GSDI Scaler/Converter (EXT-HDVGA-3G-SC) supports HDMI, DVI and VGA. Signals are scaled and output as 3G-SDI or single-link HD-SDI. Resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 are supported. Audio can also be embedded into the SDI stream. It costs $450.
Gefen’s VGA to DVI Scaler/Converter (EXT-VGA-DVI-SC) converts analogue (VGA) video to digital (DVI-I). Video can be scaled to 1920 x 1200; an automatic scaling feature matches the connected display’s maximum resolution. The product costs $330.
Finally, the VGA & Audio to HDMI Scaler/Converter (EXT-VGAA-HD-SC) takes analogue video and audio signals and converts them to a single HDMI stream. Again, 1920 x 1200 resolution is supported. The converter costs $330.
