Chuck MilliganFollowing the split earlier this year of Plastic Logic into two separate entities (Plastic Logic Divides into Two Companies), the companies have now named the CEO’s of each business. The UK activities, working under the name of FlexEnable, will be led by Chuck Milligan, a US technology “veteran” whose experience includes growing technology IP companies, building volume supply chains and partnering with investors for value creation.
The existing manufacturing line located in Dresden, Germany, which operates under the name Plastic Logic Germany, will be led by Tim Burne, who has worked with the board and Indro Mukerjee to restructure the Dresden factory and create a new leadership team.
Tim BurneMukerjee has assumed the role of executive chairman of FlexEnable and will move to non-executive chairman later this year.
