Denon & Marantz have a new pair (Denon AVS-3 and Marantz VS3003) of three port 8K switchers that are compatible with HDMI CEC to switch 8K or 4K 120Hz devices.
There’s an FAQ on the boxes here. The boxes can add three extra ports to receivers that have an existing 8K connection, but cannot be used to enhance 4K receivers.
The boxes will cost around $200 and will be available in October.
