Poland’s DCC Labs joined the HbbTV initiative in July, it announced earlier this month. The organisation, which licenses software and provides integration and migration services for IPTV, DVB and OTT devices, was previously a member of the Open IPTV Forum (OIPF). The OIPF merged with the HbbTV Consortium in June (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 25).
