Acnodes Corporation has upgraded its fanless, capacitive multitouch panel PC range with a new 24″ unit called the PC5025. With a faster Core i7 processor than the previous generation, the unit also features a variety of ports.
Built with a slim form factor, the unit is 54mm deep and can be VESA- or panel-mounted. The PC is intended for industrial use: it has an IP65-rated front bezel, operating in -10° – 50° temperatures and 10% – 95% humidity. It is a fanless product, with shock- and vibration resistance.
The display has 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 5,000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles. Brightness is 250 cd/m², although customers have a 1,000 cd/m² option. A 2GHz CPU is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of solid-state storage, or a 500GB HDD.
HDMI (out), USB 3.0, USB 2.0 (x2), RJ45 (x2), RS232 (x2) and RS232/422/485 ports are featured.
