CEDIA 2016 took place in Dallas, Texas this year and attendance topped just over 18,750 attendees this year. Over 500 exhibitors, 115 CEDIA training sessions, 13 CEDIA Talks, six free CEDIA Panel Sessions, and several events provided attendees an opportunity to “think big” for the future of their businesses.
2016 exhibitors picked up on the positive outlook of the industry and saw CEDIA 2016 as an important and necessary connection point to talk with their stakeholders, ask for feedback on new offerings, and build new relationships. CEDIA 2016 included over 100 first time exhibitors who were also energized by the opportunity to connect with attendees.
We focused on display-based products, but CEDIA also includes a great number of products in audio and home automation. In our coverage, we will discuss new projector and screen news along with some data and trend analysis from the CEDIA organization and Amazon.
CEDIA 2017 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center September 6-9, with the tradeshow floor open September 7-9.
