Our notes commented that there was a “big push on the Note 7”, which was a shame as during the show, the story about the Note 7 recall broke. (Samsung Delays Note7 Shipments After Users Report Exploding Batteries) There was a demonstration of the Note 7’s waterproofing and some wags were suggesting that this was arranged to show how the fires could be put out!
