MMD has announced a new monitor for gamers under the AOC Agon sub-brand. The AG251FG is a 24.5″ FullHD monitor with a TN panel and 1ms response time with support for 240Hz operation. The monitor also supports the Nvidia G-Sync and ULMB (backlight blinking) technology to enhance motion performance.
Other features include the AOC Ergo Dial Base, with tilt, swivel and height adjustment (and a convenient height scale), a retractable headset holder and a carrying handle. The monitor has the AOC Flicker Free and low Blue Light features as well as AOC ‘Shadow control’ to make detail in shadow areas more visible.
The monitor is digital only, with HDMI and DisplayPort ports as well as USB.
The monitor will ship in Europe in the summer at £517 ($555 + tax)
