German telecommunication specialist EWE has rolled out a TV service, based on the internet TV platform from Zattoo and on STBs from ABox42 of Germany. This extends the EWE offering from just mobile devices to allow support of TV sets. The deal has been launched just a month after the mobile service started and allows access to 100 live TV channels, including 50 in HD.
