Disney has increased its offer for 21st Century Fox to $71.3 billion (€61.6bn) in cash and shares and ahead of the offer for the company by Comcast. The offer is $10 per share more than its offer at the end of last year. Bloomberg has reported that Display is within a couple of weeks of getting approval for the deal.
