AOC has released a new 35″ curved gaming monitor under the Agon sub-brand. The AG352QCX monitor has resolution of 2560 x 1080, a response time of 4ms and supports FreeSync technology. The display has 2,000:1 contrast and supports 100% of sRGB. It uses a 2,000mm radius curve. There are VGA, DVI dual link, HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 inputs as well as dual USB 3.0 ports and audio and microphone in and out.
Features include a low input lag mode that bypasses video processing and a ‘Shadow control’ that brightens shadow areas. The monitor has a headphone bracket and RGB LEDs on the back and lower bezel that are adjustable. The AOC Quickswitch keypad can allow rapid switching between different modes. The monitor will sell in Europe in December at £699 including VAT ($735 plus tax).
