Klaus Mittelbach, CEO of Germany’s ZVEI trade association, has predicted that sales of electrical goods in the country will rise 0.5% this year, to almost €174 billion.
Results from last year’s sales are still being calculated, but ZVEI is confident that growth will be positive. Sales were up 2.4% YoY between January and November, and sales of €171 billion are expected for the full year.
