ISE 2015 takes place in February next year, in Amsterdam’s RAI convention centre.
Three key zones will divide Canon’s stand, where attendees can learn more about colour, refraction and brightness. The focus is on Canon’s research into lens technology. Projectors will be on show throughout, including the new Xeed WUX6000 (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 42) and WUX400ST (Display Monitor Vol 20 No 22).
Two new DLP rear-projection display cubes will be presented in Europe for the first time, by Mitsubishi (2-A24). The new LED-lit 120 Series cubes are designed for budget-conscious control room applications and feature an OPS slot. The VS-60HS12, which was introduced at Infocomm MEA (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 41), will also be on show, alongside the Seventy Series. Mitsubishi’s LM55P1 and LM55S1 LCD displays will also be shown.
Highlights at the NEC stand (4-R24) will include an UltraHD (or DCI-4k, NEC was not clear) laser projector – said to be the world’s first – outputting 12,000 lumens of brightness, and a 98″ UltraHD display. Alongside these products there will be a small-pitch LED display and examples of ShadowSense technology.
The new Coriomatrix Mini (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 22) will be shown by TVOne for the first time in Europe. The switcher is also a 12-port scaler, audio router and HDBaseT extender. Other HDBaseT products on show will include modules for the Coriomaster, Coriomaster Mini and Coriomatrix Mini. When used with these devices, the modules are able to offer HDBaseT signal extension to 60m, 100m or 150m depending on the receiver.
Vestel (9-D129) will show multiple products. These will include the Deluxe Hotel TV; an interactive FPD in 65″ and 80″ sizes; large-format commercial displays in 32″, 40″, 50″ and 65″ sizes; and Windows- and Android OPS monitors. The Android model (32″, 40″, 50″ and 65″) will support LAN, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. Finally, Vestel will introduce its newest cloud signage TV product. Many of these products, along with 7″, 8″ and 10.1″ tablets, will also be shown at BETT in London in January.
