Pay-per-view movie service Vudu has rolled out Ultra HD and HDR capabilities to 2016 and 2017 Sony TVs. Owners of these devices can now access content in UHD, HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Users who don’t have auto-update switched on can update their Vudu app to version 4.2.52 via the Google Play Store.
Sony’s 2016 and 2017 TVs join a growing list of devices compatible with UHD and HDR content on Vudu, including Apple TV 4K, Xbox One S and X consoles and a range of LG, Samsung and Vizio UHD TVs.
