Gallant Precision Machining (GPM) has announced that development of equipment for mass transferring microLED chips is expected to complete during the first quarter of 2019. The company first announced that its subsidiary GMM was developing such machinery back in July. The GPM group’s customers include BOE, CSOT and a number of other Chinese panel-makers, as well as Samsung and TSMC.
