Italian supplier, inVRsion, is using VR and its ShelfZone ‘Retail Space Simulator’ to understand store planning and how consumers might react in a store. There’s a slightly clunky video below which is worth a look if you’re not sure of the value. The ability to add filters and recommendations is an interesting feature. The company has technology to link its data into other ERP or planning systems. The firm also has solutions for virtual car showrooms and real estate businesses.
