A new addition to Vivitek’s portable Qumi projectors is the Q6: a DLP LED model that can wirelessly display content from a mobile device as a 90″ image.
The Q6 can take content from all types of device, thanks to its MHL-HDMI and HDMI ports. A USB input can be used to take content from flash drives, and WiFi is supported for wireless content sharing using the EZ Cast Pro app. 2.5GB of storage is also built in, as well as a media player.
Resolution is 1280 x 800 and brightness is 800 lumens. The LED source will last up to 30,000 hours. The unit has a 1.55:1 throw ratio, capable of projecting a 30″ – 90″ image from 1m – 3m. -45°/33° vertical keystone correction is featured, as well as 2W speaker.
The Qumi Q6 measures 165 x 102 x 34mm and weighs 475g. It is available now, for £385 ($590) ex VAT.
