A report from Ofcom shows that linear TV viewing continued to fall in the UK last year. There was a 1-minute rise in on-demand viewing, but a 12-minute fall in linear viewing. This led to average daily viewing falling by 11 minutes compared to 2013 – the second consecutive year of decline. In addition, while the number of weekly TV viewers rose (53.9 million to 54.1 million), the share as a percentage fell (93.4% to 92.4%).
