A device called the Touchjet Wave has appeared on a crowdfunding site, promising to turn a TV into a ‘touchscreen’. The device is clipped to the top of a TV and uses IR touch to detect finger movements. It will also add Android to the TV, via HDMI, turning it into a smart set. Mobile devices can link with the Wave to send images to the large screen. The Wave can be attached to 20″ – 60″ TVs and is being funded on Indiegogo now (http://tinyurl.com/pnu8kx7). At the time of writing, the product was 90% of the way towards its $100,000 goal, after one day.
