Click for larger imageReuters reports that French unions have said that STMicroelectronics is considering laying off up to 1,000 of its 1,100 staff in France. The staff are said to be working in the “Digital Products Group” (DPG), which is responsible for the STB SoC business which represented 15% of ST’s revenues in FY14.
