Sony has a new set of UltraHD LFDs in its Bravia commercial range with units in 43″, 49″, 55″, 65″, 75″ and 85″. Although based on Sony’s TVs, the monitors have features for professional use including network and serial communication. They are Smart devices with Android and HTML 5 support. Inputs include multiple HDMI ports as well as component and composite video and analogue and digital audio.
Backlights are edge-based and brightness is 500 cd/m² to 620 cd/m² and contrast from 1,400:1 to 5,000:1 (with a mixture of IPS and VA panels).
