What We Think
To try to get a better sense of the changes, we put the pricing into a single table and gave some colour coding to get a better sense of the changes. It is interesting to note that in Europe, most of the changes are increases, while nothing went up in the US. I was surprised to see the QN95B range going up so much and also that all but one of the 8K prices went up. That suggests that, perhaps, yields for 8K panels are not getting much better very quickly. The relatively poor yield is one of the key cost increases for 8K panels. Increasing prices are not going to help to grow the category. (BR)
