What They Say
Apologies, we missed the release of the latest Samsung Interactive Display Flip 75″ (WM75A – but also described as the Flip 3 which will be confusing if the Flip 3 smartphone arrives as expected in Q3) in March. The 75″ fills the gap between the 65″ and 85″ units and has UltraHD resolution. Features include a screen lock and up to 20 virtual connections for content sharing. It has an OPS slot as well as USB, HDMI, DisplayPort and NFC connections. Luminance is 350 cd/m² (without glass) and 4,000:1 contrast.
The IR touch system is claimed to have the fastest drawing speed with 34ms latency and can recognise 2048 levels of pressure. It has an antimicrobial coating on the PET film and has a proprietary shatterproof film protection system based on ‘heat semi-strengthened glass’. The system can recognise objects of 2mm/4mm/8mm and 50mm with dynamic object recognition.
The system has embedded learning resources from Boxlight and is built on Samsung’s Tizen OS.
What We Think
Sorry about missing this one. The display will be available in Europe shortly. (BR)
