In February 2018, NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH informed about the aquisition of S Quadrat GmbH, which extended NEC’s portfolio in the area of LED Solutions. During the last two and a half years, both companies grew together and NEC are excited to announce that the merge of S Quadrat GmbH with NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH has been registered in the commercial register.
The merger leverages the harmonization and optimization of NEC’s Full-Service-Approach in all areas of Premium-Display-Technologies for large digital surfaces. S Quadrat GmbH will continue to serve you in its reliable and competent manner as a new branch of NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH under the company name NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH – LED Solutions Center.
There will be no major impacts for you. Your existing contracts with S Quadrat GmbH will continue and will be transferred to NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH automatically. All your contacts will remain the same. We only ask you to update the following details:
