Raspberry Pi-based System Supports Auto Video Walls

A hat tip to Sixteen:Nine.net for spotting a new software app, developed in Germany, that is claimed to automatically set up video walls even where the wall is created with different size displays in different orientations and connected to Raspberry Pi processors. The displays need to be connected to the internet and first they are identified to the app. Then a pattern is displayed on each and a photo taken. The image is then processed to calculate the scale, resolution and orientation. The app can then stream video to the displays. Check out the video.
