In the US, Quince Imaging has teamed up with Monumental Sports, the joint-venture company that owns and manages Washington DC’s Capitals (NHL) and Wizards (NBA), on a projection system at the Capital One Arena, featuring 3D animated content designed and produced by Quince’s creative team.
Installed the first week of April, the system includes what the Quince team has coined the “trifecta” of modern sports display and systems integration. Hardware includes Christie’s Pandora’s Box media servers, Terra 4K signal transmitter and Mystique projection-mapping software.
