Quantum Materials Corp has seen the resignation of its CEO and President, Sri Peruvembra and other board members, Daniel Carlson and Ray Martin, according to an SEC filing. Stephen Squires, Shane Squires and Ghassan Jabbour were appointed to the Board of Directors and the new Board of Directors, including David Doderer who is continuing to serve on the Board, elected Stephen Squires Interim CEO and President. Squires is curently a General Manager of Solterra.

As we reported recently (Quantum Materials Ships Quantum Dot Sample Sets), QMC has a special process for creating quantum dots. At press time, the reasons for the board room shuffle were not clear. (BR)
