Together with its planned restructuring, Pixelworks has announced changes to its board of directors. Todd DeBonis (COO) has been appointed to the board as a director, while both Mark Christensen and Barry Cox have resigned from the board and will not stand for re-election. As a result, the company’s board has been reduced from seven members to six.
