DisplaySearch: iPhone Panel Demand to Exceed 100 Million

According to a blog post by NPD DisplaySearch’s David Hsieh (http://tinyurl.com/lgjjegh), panel makers need to ramp up production of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus panels quickly. DisplaySearch estimates that Apple has ordered more than 100 million such panels for 2014. Shipments for the handsets are likely to be in the range of 70-80 million units.
