SES reported its half year results, with profits up 13.9% to €340 million on revenue which rose 6.4% to €999.1 million. The company said that international business now brought in 30% of its turnover. It has also increased the number of HD TV channels to 2,069, up 14%, and signed five commercial Ultra HD agreements.
