Eutelsat reported net profit for the year of €355.2 million ($389.4 million), up 17% from €303.2 million ($332.4 million) a year earlier, on revenue which rose 9.5% to €1.48 billion ($1.6 billion) from €1.35 billion ($1.5 billion). Nintendo posted Q1 net profits of ¥8.3 billion ($66.4 million), compared with losses in the same period last year of ¥9.9 billion ($79.5 million), on revenue which rose 21% to ¥90.2 billion ($723.2 million) from ¥74.7 billion (598.7 million). The company attributed the improvement to increased game sales coupled with foreign exchange gains.
