Two subsidiaries of Foxconn have acquired shares in US TV brand Vizio. Innolux will purchase a 4.1% share of the company, priced at NT$1.35 billion ($44.5 million), while AFE will acquire a 3.1% stake for NT$750 million ($24.7 million). Following these acquisitions, the Foxconn Group’s stake in Vizio will increase from 6.6% to 13.8%.
