Optoma’s Installation Projector is Compact

The high-performance WU630 is Optoma’s latest ProScene DLP projector, with a compact design for the pro-AV market. The chassis measures 453 x 390 x 206mm and weighs just under 14kg, easing installation. The WU630 is compatible with Extron, Crestron, AMX and PJ-Link protocols.

The projector features motorised zoom, focus and lens shift (+/-50° vertical, +/-15° horizontal) and has three-position lens memory. keystone correction is +/-20° in both vertical and horizontal.

Five different lenses can be used; throw ratios range from 0.75-0.95:1 to 2.9-5.5:1. Dependent on the lens, zoom is between 1.26x and 1.9x and projection distance is between 0.81-6.13m and 42.6-80.9m. Image size is consistent, at 50″ – 300″.

Certified for 24/7 operation, the WU630 can be installed at any orientation up to 360° around the vertical axis. Picture-by- and picture-in-picture modes are supported (with brightness and colour matching), via HDMI and DVI-D. VGA (doubles as output), component, composite, RJ45 and RS232 ports are also featured.

Display resolution is 1920 x 1200. A 465W lamp (1,500 – 2,000 hour life) outputs 6,000 lumens. The projector has an ANSI contrast of 250:1.
