As well as new monitors (HP Adds Two Colour-controlled Monitors), HP has added four new ZBook mobile workstations for content creators, said to be ‘the most secure ever’ and the fourth generation of the product range.
The ZBook Studio has a 15.6″ diagonal display with FullHD or UltraHD resolution and with optional touch. The displays are in the DreamColor range and have 100% of AdobeRGB. Graphics are integrated or from NVidia Quadro M1200 cards with 4GB of RAM. There are dual Thunderbolt 3 ports. CPUs are Intel Xeon or 7th Generation Core i7 devices. Memory is up to 32GB and dual storage opitons up to 1 TB each are available. Battery life is claimed as up to 16.5 hours.
HP’s ZBook Studio has FullHD or UltraHD Display Options
The ZBook 17 uses a 17.4″ FullHD or UltraHD display or a 1600 x 900 version. There is no touch option for the 1600 x 900 or UltraHD versions. A range of AMD Radeon Pro or Nvidia Quadro cards is available as well as integrated graphics. Up to 4TB of storage is possible using mini cards as well as dual internal storage and RAM is up to 64GB There is a single Type-C with DisplayPort 1.2 and another with ThunderBolt 3.
The ZBook 15 has FullHD (with touch option) or an UltraHD display, while graphics is integrated or via an AMD FirePro W41090M with 2GB of RAM.
The ZBook 14u is the smallest and lightest in the range and has a maximum of 32GB of memory and HD or FullHD (with touch option) displays and the same graphics as the ZBook 15.
