NanoTech Entertainment has completed its acquisition of a controlling interest in High Velocity Enterprises (HVEL), as part of an overall corporate reorganisation. NanoTech will place its gaming labs division into HVEL which will include the division’s IP portfolio and full gaming operations. High Velocity will also change its name to NanoTech Gaming and Alan Stone has been named as the unit’s new chairman and CEO.
