At Computex, MSI showed new monitors for gamers. The first is the Optix MAG491C, which is a 49″, 32:9 monitor with 144 Hz refresh, FreeSync frame rate control and a claimed response time of 3ms. The panel supports 100% of sRGB and outputs 400 cd/m² with 3840 x 1080 resolution. It is expected to sell for around $999 when released later in the year. Among the features is the possibility of using dual inputs at 1920 x 1080 as side by side images.
The Oculux NXG251 is claimed to run at 240Hz and with a claimed 0.5ms response time (we believe it is a TN panel, but this was not confirmed at press time). It is a 25″ FullHD unit with 300 cd/m² and support for Nvidia’s G-Sync. Pricing will be $599.
The Pro 24X All-In-One is just 6.5mm thick and has a 2.2mm bezel width.
The brand new All-In-One PC, PRO 24X series features an incredibly ultra-slim design measuring only 6.5mm thin. Its simple metallic stand complements the slim display, while its brushed metal rear cover provides a stylish and contemporary design. The Pro 24X is equipped with a 23.8″ FullHD IPS panel that automatically optimizes the screen’s colors and brightness to ensure users can enjoy every scene at its best, the firm claims. Its narrow 2.2mm bezel allows it to blend seamlessly into any workspace and help users to focus on their professional tasks.
The Pro 24X features up to an Intel Core i5-7200U processor, Intel Optane technology, NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD compatibility and unlike traditional all-in-one PCs, it is easy to upgrade the 2.5-inch storage.
