Microsoft has opened three new mixed reality capture studios—two in the United States and one in the UK.
The new studios allow content creators to capture detailed human holograms to be used in content for virtual or augmented reality, Microsoft’s forthcoming range of Windows Mixed Reality headsets or the $3,000 HoloLens, as well as in 2D applications. Microsoft’s creative team will assist clients in pre- and post-production, as well as offering guidance during shooting.
