A survey released by TiVo has shown that the largest group of new ‘cord cutting’ customers are former satellite subscribers. The survey, from late 2015, polled more than 500 purchasers of TiVo’s Roamio OTA DVR. 32% were former satellite DVR users, who cited cost and dissatisfaction with overall features as their primary reasons for leaving satellite services.
