LG Electronics has shown a new 0.4mm transparent OLED for digital signage at the Gitex conference in Dubai. Kyu Chan (Ben) Her, senior director for information display at LG Electronics Middle East and North Africa told Gulf News that the 55″ UltraHD display would be available in Q2 of next year. Her also claimed that although there were problems with screen burn-in initially, there are now ‘no issue of burn in’ on the commercial side.
