Leap Motion, which develops gesture and hand-tracking technology for A/R and V/R has released its Leap Motion Mobile Platform, a software and hardware combination that is said to be capable of a 10 fold increase in the speed of its tracking. The system is designed for untethered, battery-powered applications and has boosted the coverage from 140º x 120º to 180º x 180º. The company said that the change had been made to meet the requests of developers.
